Memorial weekend did it for me, I am officially done with my life being ruled by COVID.  I now have a collection of face masks, they are everywhere; in my car hanging from my rear-view mirror, at the front door, on my desk and in my jean pocket.  COVID conversations. Did we ever talk about anything else? 

One of the greatest responsibilities that a company owner has is to hire and retain the right people.  Owners are ALWAYS looking for a great leader.  The task of accepting and reviewing applications and interviewing is not easy.  I challenge you to first look at the characteristics of the applicant.

For all of the rich and good qualities of Profit, you need to know that Profit is a needy friend requiring effort and sacrifice. Are you looking for an introduction or a partnership, confidante and friend? How much effort do you want to give to Profit

I’m sitting at my desk writing this on a Friday afternoon.  I’ve taken stock on what I have accomplished this week and what was pushed to the back burner and consequently is a priority for Monday. 

ASAC spends a lot of time in research, contemplation and preparation to develop the programs, resources and benefits of ASAC. We understand the tools that subs need to survive, thrive and profit in the construction industry.
